DOI:

This article describes the current website of A Dictionary of Old Norse Prose (ONP) and briefly accounts for the project's history, methodology and development. The dictionary, which was established in 1939, was partially published in print before going online in 2010. The latest version of the website provides improved search capabilities as well as links to other digital resources, such as electronic text editions, dictionaries and manuscript images. This lexicographic resource demonstrates well how data from a historical dictionary project can be enhanced and used in innovative ways.
